Binayak Sen v State Of Chhatisgarh

The Supreme Court of India passed a very short order granting bail to Binayak Sen which is reproduced as below:

“We have heard the learned counsel for the parties at very great length. Lest we should prejudice any party. We are not giving any reasons for our order. We however direct that the sentence on the petitioner be suspended, and   he   be    released   on    bail   to   the  satisfaction of the Trial Court. The SLP is disposed of.”
